Dogs Mess

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

This particular dog owner allows his dog to poo outside on the street pavements every single day without cleaning it up. This has been identified as happening on Coopersale Road, E9. He has been caught in action twice outside my house allowing his dog to poo then walking away from it. I have had to clean it up and am no longer willing to do so. Going forward what can be done to catch and fine this man?
