Someone has just dumped 2 black bags of waste, now ripped open by Foxes, and another green recycling bag full of other rubbish, right in front of my house. Despite a sign written in plain English clearly warning not to! Also despite there being a green recycling bank right next to it as well as big communal waste bins, literally and immediately right next to the rubbish that they just dumped so stupidly and inconsiderately.

No respect to the environment. Apart from a sight for sore eyes, this has caused more litter and rubbish to be scattered by foxes, wind, and most likely cause & attract other vermin, rats and mice, etc.
