Agreeing that it has no plates so can't be enforced is not solving the issue. It has been parked for weeks illegally. Your parking warden says there is nothing they can do? How about reporting it to the DVLA & Police? The other abandoned car next to it is also still there. You say you can't deal with that either. Why do the rest of us pay you to park our cars? All we have to do is remove the plates & you ignore them!

Updates

  • Dear Sir,

Please be advised, when number plates are removed, vehicles parked illegally cannot be enforced as the issued ticket cannot be associated with a vehicle. Procedure then requires for vehicles to be reported to our Abandoned Vehicles team to further investigate. Officers attending the location, confirmed this was completed.

Additionally, a follow up visit was completed to the location on 18/05/2021. I am able to confirm that two penalty charge notices were issued.

    Kind regards
