Extreme animal fouling

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2628037.

Location :- within the communal area (entrance off richardson close, once you enter its on the far left, look for the house which has an extension). Details :- Mixture of animal waste - has been there for 3-4 weeks - really smells and needs to be cleared asap - something needs to be emplaced to ensure they don't do it again as there is a pile of earth.
