Skateboard noise from user's of The bumps in daubeney Fields.

Reported via mobile in the Sport Area category anonymously at 19:06, Sun 21 March 2021

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

Users of park since the lock down and refurbished BMX track, have been making life hard to get peace. People use the road and pavements as skating ramps to and from the shop. The constant thumping starts early and weekends are terable.our living space is affected bedroom and sitting room. When in full swing the loud sounds of skateboard against walls can be heard from the park. It echoes off the building. Very upsetting as we were were not asked about this before it was opened.

  • Nothing has been done about ASB, adults ride the road with drinks in carry-out plastic bags from off licence. early teens still have no respect for people, doing flips and such on road and paving. The skate park on daubeney fields has been updated so more jumps can be achieved. people using Kingsmead way as a skate park. JUST NOT GOOD ENOUGH! road is still used for traffic; a one way only. children seen boarding in the road getting in cars way. Mabley green has skateboarders under the motorway bridge. It's about time road signs were put up, riding the road and paving is dangerous. Head injuries for boarders, and persons walking on the paving have to avoid being knocked down. with summer break the noise is not what we want. Joke is there is a traffic restriction for low traffic noise at the Meeson street / Kingsmead way corner. Not much peace going on! IF ONLY THEY PICKED UP BOARDS its a 2 minute walk to the shops.
