Ongoing issues with illegal parking
Reported via desktop in the Illegal Parking category anonymously at 23:10, Thursday 4 March 2021
Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later
So, this problem has been reported already. More than 100 vechiles park here illegally daily. The report I got from you was that over two days you asked 6 people to not park there, issued no tickets and now considerer the matter "Fixed" The matter is not fixed, as I type this there are nine mopeds illegally parked in the alley.
At 10:23 on Friday 05/03/2021 two mopeds were blocking the end of this alleyway, parked on double yellow lines. As both drivers were present, I didn't take photographs to avoid a conflict

At 11:35 on Monday, 08/03/2021 two mopeds were illegally parked on this street, number plates WD08 KUG and AE65 ZTM. As I walked away, a third moped pulled into the alleyway, but I didn't catch the number plate.

At 18:38 on Tuesday, 09/03/2021, two mopeds were illegally parked on this street. One of them had the number plate wd08 kug, which means it has been there for at least 2 hours...... (Mistyped the numberplate on my last complaint, is accurate in the photo)

At 15:22, 42 mopeds were illegally parked at the end of the alleyway, one your friend and mine WD08 KUG, the other one a vehicle I reported two days ago from the look of it, so glad you guys are doing a really good job of getting this fixed... They were blocking emergency vehicle access. A third moped was illegally parked at the end of the alleyway, numberplate PN69 YCZ. A fourth man on a electric scooter pulled into the alleyway as I left, and he may well have urinated or illegally parked, I didn't hang around to find out.

At 15:53 on Friday, 12/03/2021, two mopeds were illegally parked at the end of this alleyway, blocking the road to emergency vehicle access. They are the same two vehicles I reported half an hour before, and although the pictures look identical you will see from the timestamps they are half an hour apart, the vehicles and drivers had not moved. Mentioned the numberplate of one in my last complaint, WD08 KUG

So I appreciate it is very expensive to fine people for illegal parking, what with the horrible cost of people handing you loads of money, but Jesus wept, why are there always bikes parked here? Fine them fine them fine them, two bikes parked illegally at 16:14 23/03/2021 (didn't take a photo, motorcyclist was staring me down) and two different bikes parked at 16:41, one of which left before I got a photo. Sort this out.

You know you can fine people right? Then they might stop parking illegally... Just a thought. I once got fined £50 on the spot for littering, councils do seem to do this kind of thing... And I could've ran away, you've got their number plates, milk it, fine them, they stop parking illegally, you bolster the hackney council piggy bank, I stop pestering you, three birds one stone. 2 vehicles, 31/03/2021 16:26, see the photos
