Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

Kids have been repeatedly chucking pairs of trainers and shoes into the tree branches. The skate park is also covered in grafitti. Please catch these people and punish them. Even better, make them clean it up. This kind of delinquent behaviour can not be tolerated.
