Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

Noisy neighbours, playing loud music, doing Diy such as hammering on walls likely to hand something at 1.40am, kids playing ball games past midnight indoors as well as during the day. Its been going on for too long with no resolution despite previous complaints. Its making it impossible to have peace in your own home.
