Gas company van parked claiming invalid exemption

This vehicle was parked here last year for well over a week & has arrived again. It says there is gas works going on so it should be exempt, but there are no gas works nearby.

    This notification is to confirm that Parking Enforcement carried out a visit to the location on 21/01/2021 at 16:22. Feedback, following the visit made, demonstrates that the vehicle in question was issued a Penalty Charge Notice, as it was seen parking in contravention.
