Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

This forecourt opposite our house is becomming a public nuisance. I'm reporting this to stop this site from becomming a spot for flytipping.

The forecourt is called Tyndale court and it has a history of dumping.

The vehicle has now been removed. I didn't see who took the motor cycle away but it had a punctured back tyre.
