The owner of the vehicle lives at number: 8 daintry way.E9 5JJ. He has been parking his car there for two years causing an obstruction to residents coming in and out of Lovington close. He is making drivers go up on curb to get through and causing damage to the grass and kerb. Because the double yellow lines don't continue around he is taking advantage of this. I would really appreciate it if you could look into this thank you for your time.
