The owner lives at 5 SEMYEY GAT E9 5JS. The problem is it a disabled bay and the person never uses the vehicle. it's been there for 2 or 3 years since I've been round here. 4 tyres on the vehicle are punctured. people who really need to use that disabled bay can't because of that person.I believe this needs to be looked into.
