Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

The blue Nissan Micra has been standing directly outside our property, 12 Lordship Park for 3 weeks. We have never seen this car before and it does nt belong to anyone in the 5 apartments in our house, neither does it belong to any of our immediate neighbours. The car has some damage to the offside front wing and bonnet and we believe it to be abandoned.
