Tree needs to be pruned

Dear hackney council, We had a case open with regards a tree which needs to be pruned , part of Milton grove gym / estate but facing or in front of 79 church road. During the summer , a surgeon and an officer from hackney council viewed the tree and it was agreed it needs pruning and set month was October. To this date nothing has happened. The nesting season is over and the leafs are fallen and clogged up all our drains on our roof which need unnecessary maintenance . The tree branches are over grown and touching the flat . Potentially dangerous on windy days and the pedestrian walking. I understand you had a cyber attack and i have to report issue once again, please can you confirm tree pruning will be done? When? Thank you
