Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

The car seems to be parking in the spot of a Zip car club space. It's parked pretty close to the car next to it which is currently unable to get out. The car was there yesterday (9th Dec at 8:15) and still (or again?) today 10th Dec at 8:15.
