Lighting not working

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

The lighting in Banbury Rd garages has had a great deal of work done on it recently, but the lights are not working. I noticed (when they were working) that 5 of the newly installed lights had failed, and that the timing system switched them on at 3.50 in the afternoon and off again between 5 and 6 in the morning. They obviously need more attention.
