3 abandoned cars no tax no registration plates. No windows no windscreen, moss growing on car

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

3 abandoned A van/old ambulance, with no engine, a smashed up Mercedes with no windows/windscreen and flat tyres and silver Vauxhall estate with moss growing on it and notices in the window saying broken down. It's been there for 2 months.
