Abandoned scooter with 'l' plates and back box in parking space outside 29 Barretts Grove

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

White Honda scotter is in way of parking . Has not be moved in four weeks. Has no number plates. Has black box with stickers and 'L'plates on it. It is parked directly outside 29 Barretts Grove.
