Car on pavement completely blocking exit to grasshoppers nursery, forcing parents onto road

As above. I saw this today at 1pm. The spot often has vehicles parked on it and recently prevented a fire engine accessing one of the blocks. Could we implement a bollard please?

    I am writing to confirm that Parking Enforcement Officers attended the location today at 05:15pm and issued one penalty charge notice to a vehicle illegally.

    Regarding the your request for bollards to be implemented, I kindly ask that you contact Street Scene via streetscene.enquiries@hackney.gov.uk as they are in charge of this and would better be able to assist you.
