Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

The locked gate at shepherdess walk entrance into shepherd market estate now needs to be left unlocked.with the road closed between 08.30am and 9.30 am because of the school .no deliveries can be made into the estate at these times and is very inconvenient. also the afternoon closures .it is not a rat run because you have blocked all traffic from city rd
