Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

Car has been parked outside 104 shacklewell lane and has not moved in over a month. Driver has not been spotted.

    The vehicle has still not move and the car is deteriorating in its appearance. Spaces are limited and no one is spotted tending to the car.
