Street name sign at risk of falling

Reported via desktop by Trevor Parsons at 18:07, Sun 8 November 2020

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

The street name sign for King John Court mounted on lamp column number 1 in King John Court (west side) has become detached from its top fixing, leaving it attached by its bottom fixing alone.

The sign could now break off and fall in high winds, posing a risk of serious injury to anyone unlucky enough to be below.

Of course one wonders what the reason is for the fixing to have failed. Perhaps it would be worth checking a sample of other signs installed around the same time for corrosion, loose nuts etc.
