Boscombe Close car parks
Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later
Dear Sir / Madam, In the Boscombe Close car parks (E5 0TU and E5 0TX), a black Volvo car has been park illegally for weeks. Every day, morning and afternoon and night, at different times, and at different parking spaces (even in the blue badge holders parking without permit. Usually, 3-4 people are in or around the vehicle. They sleep in the vehicle during the day, run the vehicle engine for hours at night, drink alcohol, make noise, throw away bottles and litters and use the parking lot for toilets, not hygienic (Hackney cleaners collecting lots of litter from this area) They disturb the tranquility of the residential area, and they scared the children who go to the near school. We are desperate mothers, please help (they are now parking here if you would to do something) Best regards

Dear Madam,
I am writing to confirm that three visits were completed to the location. One vehicle was seen parked illegally at the time of visit. However, this vehicle moved on when approached by the officers. Please note that we have asked for follow up visits to be completed to the location. I also encourage you to contact the Environmental Enforcement team of Hackney Council via enforcementteam@hackney.gov.uk as they may be able to action based on the details provided (with regards to littering).
