Three street lights in a row are out here

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later
The new LED luminaires on column numbers 13, 15 and 16 on the LB Hackney side of Hackney Road, south of Cremer Street, are out. Consequently it's pretty dark in this section of the street, especially as there are no street lights on the other side.
Good morning Mr Parsons,
Thank you for your email to The London Borough of Hackney.
The Council is aware that lighting columns 13, 15 & 16 Hackney Road E2 are currently not working.
There is a fault with the incoming electrical supply to these 3 lighting columns. This fault has been passed to the Regional Electricity Company (UK Power Networks), after initial investigations by the Council's street lighting contractor. I have subsequently chased UK Power Networks for a prompt resolution of this fault.
I have been informed by UK Power Networks management that these 3 lighting columns should be working again in 3 to 4 weeks time. The programming of UK Power Networks repair works to their apparatus is outside of the Council's control.
I do apologise for any anxiety, inconvenience or distress that this issue may cause you.
