Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later
I would like to draw your attention to the situation with the free tennis court in Springfield park.
My friends and I have been the regular players there for almost 7 years and we were happy about it, considering that most tennis courts are not free of charge anymore. Although the situation has been changing in the recent couple of years. Several people, so called coaches, started to give the lessons there charging about £35 GBP per hour, it would not be a problem, you are free to accept or not. The problem arises that they do not play only one hour as per regulations but the whole day and you are unable to get on the court at all. Some days we waited for 3 hours but unsuccessfully. More and more people came but only the pupils of these coaches were allowed on the tennis court, the others players could not go to play at all.
Please do not understand us wrong, we do not mind to wait if we have at least some chance in 1 hour to get on the court and play but as I said before, several times already we had to wait for three hours and left without playing even if we were the first in the queue.
