This disabled bay has been designated for 1 Garnham close with the plate number BF17 FLP however the owner of this vehicle has cut the sign off (recorded caught on camera by a vehicle camera also reported to the police) and is parking in the bay.

    I am unable to park at my bay since last night. This is turning into an harassment. It is done deliberately
