Car still parked illegally on slot 114

We've left notes on the windscreen requesting that the driver not park in our parking slot but they keep ignoring it.

We reported this incident before and were notified that Parking Enforcement visited the location on 07/10/2020, at 09:52 and no vehicles were seen parking in contravention. However, the car was definitely parked there which suggests that the parking enforcement did not check properly.
