    This notification is to confirm that Parking Enforcement visited the location on 01/10/2020, at 10:57. Feedback, upon the officer's arrival, demonstrates that one Penalty Charge Notice was issued to a vehicle seen parking in contravention. The vehicle in question was not seen in the location.
