Noisy broken drain cover

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

This was a very noisey drain cover that was 'fixed' by being tarmacked over, however it was not secured before they tarmacked over it and 2 days later it had cracked and was rocking and clanging loudly again every time a vehicle goes over it
