Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

Haggerston Baths Wall. Swimmers Lane side. The top has been pushed out by an overgrown tree and this has become more pronounced this week. The top 4 rows of brick work look in danger of collapse. This is a route used by lots of school children which could increase the risk if it does fall.
