Water collecting on corner

Water collects on the corner of Lordship Park & Queen Elizabeths Walk, adjacent to 54 Lordship Park. This has been a problem for at least 6 months. The water does not seem to drain away, merely collects in a large puddle about 8 inches deep. Pedestrians are forced to walk through the puddle to access the pavement. This is bad for the elderly, disabled, and those with prams and children. This needs to be addressed nefore winter.

Here is what the corner looks like after rain. It was never like this until works within the last 18 months - resulting in a valley at this corner. Something needs to be done. There is not a storm water outlet or anywhere for the water to drain away.
