30x30cm pothole/rooad surface missing

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

There is a massive (approx 30x30cm) hole in the middle of the new cycle path through the middle of the modal filter, approx 6 inches deep.

I went into it at speed on my bicycle in the early hours and very nearly came off. Massive safety issue.
