Japanese knotweed

Reported anonymously at 07:23, Sun 23 August 2020

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

Along the new river path there is extensive Japanese Knotweed. It needs to be eradicated as it is the most invasive of species.

  • Please find pictures attached of the severe knotweed currently swarming 73a Carysfort Road, N16 9AD.

The property is owned by Family Mosaic who have let the problem go wild and have failed to act to successfully treat this over the last few years.

As a neighbour, I am very anxious that this situation be dealt with ASAP before it invades the rest of the street.

Hope to hear from you soon,
