This man always illegal parking ! Because not live in here. Also shredded a car and threw it into the streets. Contact police pls..

I am writing to confirm that Parking Enforcement attended the location. The visit resulted in one penalty charge notice being issued. Also information was passed on to the Abandoned Vehicle team, regarding a possibly abandoned vehicle, to further investigate.
