Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

Graffiti was spray-painted onto the fence on 21st June (over 6 weeks ago).

Tried contacting Hackney Council several times since then to see if they'll remove it, and never got a reply. Trying my luck on FixMyStreet instead.
