Today between 13:30 and 13:55 vehicle on the photo was parked on a public pedestrian path and also blocking they way to a private drive of our car park at 8-20 Well street E9 7PX. When asked to move his car, driver of this vehicle acted violently and tried to beat me up. Police has been called and the driver got into his vehicle and drove off. This problem with vehicles parking on double yellow/pedestrian footpath and blocking the way to the drive in/out has been going for many years now. It happens few times every day. We ask you to find a solution for this problem urgently. Maybe "Keep Clear" road marking would help.
