Skateboarding on pavements,causing noise nuisance

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

The bumps, skateboard park ,Daubeney fields,E5 was refurbished, now all day and night we are affected by noise from skateboard wheels scrapping on the pavement. All night music from the area.these are not children mostly 20/30 something men? Over the pandemic lockdown it has had large groups of drunken adults.cheering and shouting.sometimes in the early hours.
