Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

I have a tree outside my house and disabled bay which is seeping a great amount of sap. I cannot park in the disabled bay which I personally reqursted as the sap is destroying the car therefore have to park away from trees. The pavement and front of my house is covered with this awful sap. Please can it be arranged to cut back the tree as it was the previous year. Thank you.
