Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

The hedge of no 3 Church Crescent protrudes half way across the pavement. It is difficult enough for one person to get past, and totally impossible if you are trying to "socially distance" from another pedestrian. The hedge is Berberis and has sharp thorns. It is dangerous. Someone could be severely injured if it catches bare skin.
