Traffic driving into damaged Roadworks signs

There were roadwork signs placed in middle of manor road to cover an open manhole. These have been blown over by Storm Ciara - have heard several incidents of traffic, including buses, driving into the collapsed signage. Also the hole where manhole cover should be is exposed. Seems quite dangerous and needs repair
