I'm disturbed that a newly installed safe raised pedestrian crossing outside the supported living residence at 15 Southwold Road is being obstructed by drivers, who take the absence of double yellow lines as permission to park there. Why-ever are the double-yellow lines 'suspended' allowing this situation to arise?? I'm seeing the same problem elsewhere, eg on Rendlesham Road. It doesn't make sense to me and I'd like to know what the legality of the situation is???
