Repeat dumping of waste
Reported in the Flytipping category anonymously at 20:12, Sun 8 May 2011
Sent to Hackney Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 183579.
On a regular basis (every several days, minimum of once a week), large waste items are being dumped at the junction of Heathland Road and St Kilda's Road. This can range from multiple black bin liners (c20 or more), furniture, garden cuttings (hedge trimmings), etc. This has been happening repeatedly for the last couple of months, and the scale of the waste would indicate that is being dumped by a commercial business rather than one individual. As the waste is being dumped on the street (outside the wall of Heather Lodge), this is becoming an obstruction to pedestrians. I would recommend that this site is inspected given the regularity of the waste being dumped.
