Cycle route sign for Hackney Parks is round the wrong way

The route sign for the Hackney Parks olympic ccle route, at the eastern end of Brighton Road (indicating to continue eastbound across Stoke Newington Road, into Fairleigh Road, to Victoria Park/QE Park) has been rotated round the wrong way on its post, so you can only see the back of it.

Pothole right outside our building front door. It is getting bigger and deeper every time it rains. People get splashed in dirt and water when opening the door and few months ago I sprained my ankle just by stepping outside my front door and tripped at the edge of this pothole. Please advice how to get that fixed ASAP!
