Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

When I was there on April 20th, raw sewage was coming up through the gulley and forming a large pool by the side of the road.

The gulley in question is located midway between the entrance to the rugby pitches and the car park for the rowing club. It is on the left hand side of the road when travelling towards the river
