Lack of parking enforcement on Union Walk and Waterson Street

The "no waiting at any time" restrictions on Waterson Street and Union Walk are being ignored by many motor vehicle owners, and there seems to be no effective deterrence by way of enforcement.

Also, worse, some vehicle owners are partially blocking the footway of Waterson Street with their vehicles.
