Sent to Hackney Council 4 minutes later

Water pouring out from beneath east side pavement of Upper Clapton Road, outside King Fried Chicken, opposite Junction with NorthWd road. Water is spreading on to Upper Clapton road.

Coming from under a post office/telegraph cover and also from under paving stones approx 2m away.
