Buses cause my house to shake. Seems to be related to bus speed.

When buses travel down my street the house shakes. The severity of shaking seems to be dependent on bus speed. Speed bumps and new buses generally are effective. But some drivers seem to pick up quite a speed and when braking toward (as our house is end of terrace) the house can shake quite noticeable. Since busses are regular I’m concerned that this periodic shaking is having an cumulative effect on the structural integrity of my house. I have lived here 3 years. It has got better since the buses now seem to all be hybrids and thus the effect of the engine in idle mode wa stage bus pulls away around the corner is no longer a problem. However, at high speed ( which is quite regular) there is still a significant problem.
