Two abandoned bicycles with bits stolen off them chained to bike stands, plus a single bike wheel chained up, after the rest of the bicycle was stolen. They are getting in the way of people being able to park their bicycles and blocking the way for pedestrians outside the Old School Rooms at the side of the Round Chapel. These bike stands are very popular and having three of them obstructed is very annoying for everyone.
