Recurring blocked drain causing strong sewage smell

The drainage from our building at 8 Meynell Gardens, E9 7AT has been cleared many times, but the problem keeps coming back. The blockage appears to sit further along the line, under the street, beyond the part that serves our building. It’s stinks / putrid
