Herbicides have destroyed our estate lawns

Reported in the Parks/landscapes category by Pernille Leggat Ramfelt at 20:20, Thu 6 April 2017

Sent to Hackney Council 5 minutes later

Along the edges of the walkways and around all green areas, lawns and trees the council has been spraying herbicides which have burnt the edges of the grass and left terrible damage to the growth. We are left with yellow grass edges and the trees are stunted in growth due to root system being affected by the poison. We don't want this to be sprayed around our plants and outdoor play areas. It's a danger to both the people and children who use these areas as well as the wildlife, insects and plants.
